This was my favorite that I made in Foods and Nutrition. This was my favorite as it was healthy, easy, and good. I also struggle to get enough grains in my body and there are a lot of grains in this recipe. Things that went well were my group did a good job of working together. We cut things well and mixed things well. We helped each other out a lot so everything got done well and quickly. The one thing that I wish we would have done is cut the vegetables smaller and put the whole mixture in a bigger pan. We used a small pan which ended up being bad as we kind a spilled a little. I think that the level for this is beginner or intermediate. It is easy to mix everything together and make the quinoa but it is harder to cut the vegetables.
